Smarthouse Fire Solutions has combined experience of 17 years in the Property Industry. Director, Edward Brown, has worked for various Melbourne real estate companies as an agent during which time he gained direct property management experience and learned ‘hands on’ how time saving initiatives can benefit busy property managers. This ‘inside knowledge’ has enabled us to tailor a smoke alarm maintenance service to the specific needs of residential property management offices.
Our technicians are chosen because they exhibit exceptional communication skills, practical intelligence and a respectful nature. Our technicians are trained in-house by Smarthouse Fire Solutions and are permitted to work only once they complete extensive practical and written training. This ensures that all work is consistently completed to a high standard.
Our electricians are fully qualified and provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety at the conclusion of every installation.
